Yes, we mobilize professional engineers to your factory for installation and commissioning. Once your facility's preparation conditions—such as water resources, electricity, air supply, and production materials—are ready, we will dispatch one or two engineers within 15 days. They will stay on-site for 10 to 25 days to fully install the equipment and comprehensively train your staff to operate the beverage production line. Please note that customers are responsible for the engineers' round-trip air tickets, accommodation, and daily wages.

For our complete bottling solutions, we accept a 30% deposit and require the 70% balance payment before shipment. Payments can be securely processed via T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), L/C (Letter of Credit), or Western Union. To ensure absolute confidence before final payment and delivery, we run a continuous machine testing operation for over 8 hours and send you the comprehensive testing videos.

Absolutely. When our specialized electrical and mechanical experts arrive at your plant to install and debug the machines, they provide hands-on training for your workers. This extensive training ensures your team knows exactly how to operate the machinery efficiently and manage daily production tasks.

During this period, replacement spare parts and their delivery fees are provided completely free of charge.
